Essex Bay Engineering provides single-source turnkey solutions for stainless steel manifolds, high purity gas tube weldments, small to medium size vacuum chambers, machined components and light assembles.

Our full service manufacturing facility uses state of the art CNC technology and a well trained workforce to reduced set up times, reduce bills of material, and lower weld count in welded assembles. Ultimately these efforts lead to the very best value and quality.  We manufacture parts and assemblies out of many different types of steel and metal including aluminum, stainless steel, and exotic materials like Inconel and Molybdenum.

Essex Bay Engineering has a dedicated building for manifold, tubing and vessel fabrication. With our state of the art tube bending machines we can offer accelerated production run times. We can create tubing and manifolds constructed in virtually any material. Integrated with our CNC Machine Shop, we can machine flanges and complex fittings in house to further reduce bottom line costs to the customer.

Essex Bay Engineering has a dedicated full-time engineering staff that will refine and develop CAD drawings or proposals. We can reverse engineer, develop drawings, and revise print if necessary to ensure a quality finished product. Our experienced engineering force will assist with prototype designs to maximize production costs & efficiency.

Essex Bay Engineering’s unique integrated pulled tee process allows us to extrude a tee or cross anywhere on a formed manifold or straight tube, further reducing part and weld count.

Essex Bay has a strong core competency in Forming & Orbital Welding from 1/8” - 1½“ tubing, welding up to 12” tube and chambers up to 24” round and square. Turning up to 24” diameter Milling up to 24”x48”
