Essex Bay Engineering’s welding department is dedicated to producing the highest quality product. It is isolated from the machine facility floor to ensure precise quality control and superior finished product. With four orbital welding machines and a team of experienced and certified welders, Essex Bay Engineering can guarantee our customers the highest quality finished product. We regularly weld Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Mild Steel utilizing state of the art MIG and TIG processes. We also handle titanium and Molybdenum. Automated orbital welding ranging in sizes from 1/8” to 1 ½”.
If our welders are not certified to meet your needs we will send one of our staff for that certification.
