Certified TIG, MIG, and Orbital Welding for Precision Fabrication

At Essex Bay Engineering, our welding department is built around precision, consistency, and traceable quality. Housed in a dedicated space isolated from machining operations, our welding cell supports everything from one-off precision weldments to complex production assemblies.

Our team of certified welders specializes in TIG, MIG, and orbital welding processes across a wide range of materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, mild steel, titanium, and molybdenum. With four automated orbital welding machines and tightly controlled welding environments, we’re equipped to meet both structural and high-purity application requirements.

We maintain ISO 9001:2015-certified processes and can expand our certifications based on project requirements. If a specific customer specification demands additional credentials, we will train and certify our team accordingly—ensuring full compliance and peace of mind.
