Certified TIG, MIG, Robotic MIG & Robotic Laser Welding
At Essex Bay Engineering, our welding department is built around precision, consistency, and traceable quality. Housed in a dedicated space isolated from machining operations, our welding cell supports everything from one-off precision weldments to complex production assemblies.
Our team of certified welders specializes in TIG, MIG, and automated orbital welding processes—now enhanced with robotic MIG and robotic laser welding capabilities for greater consistency, speed, and complex geometry support. We work across a wide range of materials including stainless steel, aluminum, mild steel, titanium, and Inconel.
With four automated orbital welding machines, advanced robotic welding systems, and tightly controlled welding environments, we are equipped to meet both structural and high-purity application requirements. We maintain ISO 9001:2015-certified processes and can expand our certifications based on project needs. If a specific customer specification demands additional credentials, we will train and certify our team accordingly – ensuring full compliance and peace of mind.
